Pro users get even more detailed summaries with additional sections like learning objectives, examples, and study tips.
Currently, we support PDF files. Free users can upload files up to 10MB, while Pro users can upload files up to 50MB. You can upload course books, lecture notes, research papers, and any other study materials in PDF format. We're working on adding support for more formats in the future.
Free users can generate up to 5 flashcards per document. Pro users have unlimited flashcards per document, allowing you to create comprehensive study sets for all your materials.
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption to protect your documents and data. Your files are stored securely in private storage buckets, and we never share your content with third parties. Your privacy is our top priority.
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all Pro features until then. No questions asked.
Most documents are processed in under 2 minutes. The processing time depends on the document size and complexity. Pro users get priority processing for faster results.
Yes! ArakStudy is fully responsive and works perfectly on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. You can study your flashcards and access summaries anywhere, anytime.
If you reach your 2 documents per week limit (or 6 documents per month), you can either wait until the next week/month or upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents. We'll send you a friendly reminder when you're approaching your limit.

Pro users can download comprehensive PDF summaries of their documents. All users can access their summaries and flashcards online at any time through the dashboard.
The AI Study Hub is your intelligent study companion that includes three powerful features: (1) AI Tutor - a chat-based assistant that answers questions about your documents in real-time, (2) Practice Exams - generate custom practice tests from your documents (Pro only), and (3) Study Insights - track your learning progress with detailed analytics. Simply select a document from 'My Documents' and start asking questions or generating practice exams.
Free users can send up to 10 AI chat messages per day. This resets daily, so you get a fresh set of 10 messages each day. Pro users have unlimited AI chat messages, allowing you to ask as many questions as you need without any restrictions.
Practice exams are a Pro-only feature. Free users can access the AI Tutor chat (with 10 messages per day) and Study Insights, but practice exam generation requires a Pro subscription. Upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited practice exams and test your knowledge with custom questions generated from your documents.
You can select a specific document from 'My Documents' using the document selector in the AI Tutor interface. When you select a document, the AI focuses on that document's content. If you don't select a specific document, the AI will ask which document you'd like to study, or you can ask questions about all your documents. The AI uses the document summaries and key points to provide accurate, context-aware answers.
Yes! All users (both Free and Pro) can save and access their conversation history. Your chat conversations are automatically saved and organized by document. You can view your conversation history in the sidebar, making it easy to revisit previous study sessions and continue learning from where you left off.
Study Insights provide detailed analytics about your learning progress. You can see statistics like total flashcards studied, mastery percentage, accuracy rates, and study session history. Both Free and Pro users have access to Study Insights, helping you track your progress and identify areas that need more practice.
